Weekend Dance Party: Trick Disco Hits Subterranean

Giddy up, kids, it's Friday, the weather's beautiful, and we have a big Blackhawks game ahead of us. It can't get much better for Chicagoans--unless, well, you make your way to Subterranean tonight for the monthly Trick Disco, this week's pick for Weekend Dance Party.

Trick Disco mainstays Le Principle and OCD Automatic will be joined by NYC-based VDRK and Free Magic, a fearsome foursome that will pump that funky vibe right from the speakers and straight into your nervous system.

Trick Disco's energy is always electric, full of old-and-nu-disco sounds, '80s drums, and lush synth. It's more than a safe bet for your dance destination--we find you'd be hard pressed to bring a friend along and them not get down. Not to mention it's only $5 to get in and the drink prices are reasonable enough. So come one, come all, let's get funky.
