'90s Music Fans Sing-speak Rejoices As Pavement, Galaxie 500 Announce New Chicago dates

Didn't getcher tickets to Pavement's sold-out Pitchfork Music Festival date yet? Have no fear! The band is coming back through town on a victory lap to play Prtizker Pavilion on September 13! Tickets are $15-40, and go on sale Saturday.

Meanwhile, also on the 90s front, Pitchfork reports that Dean & Britta, the husband-and-wife duo formerly of Luna and currently of themselves, have added seven dates to their Dean & Britta play Galaxie 500 shows, including December 3rd at Lincoln Hall. The tour will feature the current Dean & Britta running through an entire set of Galaxie 500 material. We bet that demand for those concerts will be On Fire. (See what we did there?).
