Do This: Pig Roast at The Tasting Room

2010_07_TheTastingRoom2.jpg We have such good memories associated with The Tasting Room on Randolph... wandering down from the Randolph Street Food Festival into the cool room to sit on a couch and sip wine with friends. Ahhh. That's why this Sunday, July 18th, we may find ourselves back there to enjoy a The Tasting Room's Hum B'Que & Pig Roast featuring Hum Spirits cocktails prepared by none other than Adam Seger, one of our favorite mixologists.

You'll dine on all-you-can-eat pig that's been grilled or cooked on a spit, and sides inspired by Hum. Listen to some live music and mingle on the outdoor patio and soak up some summer heat. Cost is $50 per person (non-inclusive of tax or gratuity) and the party begins at 4 and goes until 10 p.m. RSVP by calling 312.942.1313.

The Tasting Room is located at 1415 W Randolph. Photo courtesy of The Tasting Room.
