Today's Weather: Turbulent

Another morning opens with rain, quite heavy, actually, as a round of storms - another storm of the century of the week! - moves through causing all kinds of rush hour havoc. You know, because we haven't had enough rain already this summer. So expect a dark, damp, dank dreary morning. And after that? A mix of sun and clouds with muggy conditions as highs will settle into the mid-80s. Not very Presidential weather for the big guy's birthday. But don't ditch the umbrella as more storms could develop as the day goes on. Lows overnight will only droop into the lower 70s.
