The jury is currently on Day 11 of their deliberation and had been quiet for over a week since their last question to Judge Zagel.
Update: Well, as it turns out, the jury IS deadlocked on some counts. The note was asking Judge Zagel, essentially, what happens next: “In a situation where jurors can’t agree on given counts, what should the next logical step be?” Zagel wants more feedback from the jury but said he'd instruct them: "It is also permissible for a jury to return a verdict with unanimity on some counts and have an inability to reach a unanimous decision on other counts." The jury is done for the day but will return in the morning to discuss the counts they're deadlocked on with Judge Zagel.
