Rahm Departure Reports Grow

We mentioned it yesterday but more solid sources - the Associated Press - than Michael Sneed are echoing rumors of what we expected all along: Rahm Emanuel is due to resign his post as White House chief of staff tomorrow and make public his candidacy for Chicago's next mayor. The AP cited two anonymous sources who made the same claims that others have made all week and that Rahm will be in town next week to hit the ground running - literally - canvassing in neighborhoods around the city.
