Kelly Files Charges Against Levine

Conservative talker William Kelly, who's obnoxious questioning of Rahm Emanuel at the Columbus Day Parade led CBS2's Jay Levine to threaten to "deck" him, filed assault charges against Levine a few days after the incident.

Police agreed, based on the video Kelly made of the incident, that there was sufficient evidence to file the charges against Levine. Remember people, if the threat conveys intent, it's assault. And how much you want to bet Levine wished he followed through on that threat now?

So be careful what you say to someone, lest some crackpot with a brokered radio show on the far end of the AM dial looks to use you to make him famous.
