10With Podcast: Kate McGroarty And Her Month At The Museum

By Karl Klockars in Arts & Entertainment on Nov 9, 2010 4:20PM

11_09_10matm.jpg Kate McGroarty went into the Museum of Science and Industry just about two weeks ago, and as of yet has only emerged momentarily. For the rest of the time, she's been doing handstands in tornadoes, helping baby chicks survive, hanging out in coal mines, sleeping in submarines and generally inhabiting the Museum of Science and Industry. It's her Month at the Museum, and we're bending her ear about it halfway through.

From camping out in the U-505 to checking the acoustics in the rotunda to impromptu film festivals in the IMAX theater, what would you want to do with a month in the MSI? Well, you probably should have started to figure that out before the contest was decided, but for Kate, we begin to determine what kind of trouble you can get into at the museum in the first part of this 10With Podcast.
