White House Confirms Bill Daley as WH Chief of Staff
The Obama Administration has confirmed that Bill Daley will be the new White House Chief of Staff. A 1:30 p.m. press has been scheduled to formally make the announcement.
Daley will, of course, replace Ram Emanuel as Chief of Staff. The post is currently being filled by Deputy Chief of Staff Pete Rouse, but Rouse removed himself from consideration, saying he didn't want to spend the next two years in the role.
