Charlotte 83, Bulls 82:
What is it about the Bobcats guard D.J. Augustin that makes him look like Rajon Rondo to the Bulls? Augustin's 15 points complemented Gerald Wallace's 13 points and 16 rebounds, making a tough inside-out combination for the Bulls to contain last night at the United Center.

The Bulls, playing without Carlos Boozer for the second straight night, left it all out on the floor. Derrick Rose, who was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week before the game, led all scorers again with 33, but missed a potential game winner at the buzzer over Wallace. Ronnie Brewer added 12 points and Luol Deng 10 for Chicago. As for Boozer, his status is up in the air as the Dallas Mavericks come to town tomorrow.
