Police charged Augustin Toscano and Raul Segura-Rodriguez in connection with Saturday night's grisly murders in Edgewater. Toscano and Segura-Rodriguez face two counts of first-degree murder, three counts of attempted first-degree murder, one count of home invasion with a firearm and a count of aggravated fleeing with bodily injury. Toscano also faces a charge of aggravated battery to a police officer.

Toscano, Segura-Rodriguez and Arturo Ibarra, who was shot and killed while fleeing police Saturday night, have been under surveillance by the cops for months for setting up fake drug deals of $100,000 or more that were set-ups for robberies. The three are also suspected in a baker's dozen drug-related murders. Police found Toscano, Segura-Rodriguez and Ibarra fleeing the scene of a murder Saturday night where two victims had their throat slashed. The third victim survived the attack and is recovering.
