Quade to Share Wrigleyville Apartment with Brother

With spring training in full gear, expect to see lots of profiles in the upcoming weeks on players on the proverbial bubble, veterans winding down their careers, and managers. The New York Times has a profile on Cubs skipper Mike Quade that offers one fascinating tidbit we may have missed reading up on him. He'll be sharing an apartment two blocks away from Wrigley Field with his brother and walk to and from the games every day.

Sorry, but even the most die hard White Sox fans have to give Quade props for that. That nugget of information leads off another account of Quade's unlikely journey from minor league manager to helming one of the most storied franchises in Major League Baseball.
