Morning Box Score: Bulls Outlast Grizzlies

The Bulls faced a tough challenge from a Memphis Grizzlies squad that just wouldn't quit last night. But with time running down, Derrick Rose scored a layup for the highlight reels to help seal a 99-96 win over Memphis. Rose drove to his left after crossing over Tony Allen at the top of the key and laid up a tough shot over Marc Gasol for the basket and the foul. Rose finished with 24 points, but was only 6 for 22 from the field. Luol Deng came up big again with 23 points as the Bulls outscored and outrebounded Memphis in the paint. The Bulls travel 90 miles north to Milwaukee tonight.
