Ryan Dempster turned in his second consecutive quality start but the Cubs again had problems with runners in scoring position, stranding nine runners on base as the Reds' Johnny Cueto earned his first win of the season in his first start. Dempster went seven strong innings, surrendering only a home run to Drew Stubbs and an RBI single to ramon Hernandez as Cincinnati wins the series at Wrigley Field.
