John Danks remained winless but he wasn't tagged with another loss last night. Brent Morel hit a three run homer and Gordon Beckham scored the winning run on a wild pitch. Winners of 7 of their last 10, the White Sox have a great opportunity to gain ground on the AL Central leading Cleveland Indians when the Tribe comes to town today.
The Cubs respond to a scolding from their manager by not being able to hit the cutoff man, allowing seven unearned runs on four errors and wasting a quality start from Matt Garza. Who knows what they'll bring to Florida when they take on the Marlins tonight.
