An Executive Order: You Shouldn't Put Ketchup On Your Hot Dog

2009_01_obama_whitesox.jpg President Barack Obama was scarfing down a hot dog smothered in chili, mustard and onions in Toledo, Ohio, when he delivered the official decree. “You shouldn’t put ketchup on your hot dog,” our mighty leader stated.

Obama stopped by for lunch at Rudy's Hot Dog with Rep. Marcy Kaptur of Ohio, who ordered that icky red paste. Obama also had a bowl of chili and fries on the side.

"Marcy just wants ketchup," Obama said, while ordering. "By the way, as an afficionado of hot dogs, you shouldn't put ketchup on your hot dog. ... I'm trying to teach my girls."

Maybe Obama wasn't born in Chicago, but making a statement like that is tantamount to a birth certificate for us. We hereby grant him full Chicago residency.
