    This is the crap that makes Chicago so frustrating.  An ordinance is required to hold a concert in a stadium?  Alderman need to stop meddling in bringing money into this city.

    Based off the blog lede, I'm disappointed this didn't include a link to a story about all the times Whet Moser rampaged up and down LSD delivering street justice/vengance Samuel L Jackson style before he realized he was the shepherd and started leading the sheep away from voting for corrupt politicians through the written word.
