Cubs Release "It Gets Better" Video

The Cubs released their contribution to the It Gets Better Project today. The video features manager Mike Quade, first base coach Bob Dernier, pitcher Ryan Dempster, outfielder Marlon Byrd, infielder Darwin Barney and owner Laura Ricketts, who says in the video, "We know it can get really tough. I've been there."
