WAVE Restaurant and LeftofTrend, a newly launched e-shopping /social networking platform, have teamed up for the "Taste & Trend" Summer Series. From 5:30-7:30 p.m. today, Taste & Trend will welcome Fix, a contemporary West Loop boutique for men and women. Additionally, guests will enjoy two seasonal beverages from a special bar menu and delicious, hearty bites from WAVE's new "Rush Hour" offering. The Green City Market Junior Board's "Meet the Market" series resumes 6-8 p.m. tonight at Tiny Lounge (4352 N. Leavitt) with a special menu featuring Seedling Fruit and New Holland Artisan Spirits.
Music
Guitarist Goran Ivanovic's Eastern Blok project, an amalgamation of flamenco, Balkan, classical, blues, and jazz, returns to Katerina's (1920 W. Irving Park Rd.) for an intimate performance tonight, starting at 8:30 p.m. Cover is $10.
