Police Have Been Called To Whittier Elementary

The Whittier Parents Association are updating their Facebook page with reports that police have been called to the elementary school, parents are blocking dumpsters being brought in to begin construction of the library in the main building, and others are marching to 25th Ward Ald. Danny Solis's office in a last-ditch attempt to save the fieldhouse at the Pilsen school. We will keep you abreast of any updates to the situation as they come in.
