The Cubs pulled out a win against the White Sox Sunday afternoon, holding off what seemed like an inevitable series sweep. Cubs starting pitcher Rodrigo Lopez only gave up two hits and put up his first win since last September. The Cubs put up three scores in the third inning thanks to a triple by newly crowned All-Star Starlin Castro and a homer by Aramis Ramirez.
