Lower Attendance to Taste, Violence Elsewhere

From the tips inbox, here's a video of yet another mob assault. The title of the video says it happened at Taste of Chicago (although parking nearby is mostly underground) and it includes NSFW language and a police officer spraying mace in the direction of the assailants.

I call massive bullshit. That's not Grant Park. There is no place to park like that. There is no angle where you can see any big buildings. I wish it were better resolution to see what the beat tag on the cop car was. I bet is was not 01.

Where in Grant Park would this be? It doesn't immediately look familiar to me. Also lots of cars parked there. I don't know where you can park cars like that anywhere close to the taste.
