Rhapsody's (65 E. Adams St.) "Bubbles and Cheeses" tasting, part of their "Summer Camp for Adults" series, will pair some of the best Italian sparkling wines and sodas with classic cheeses from various regions of Italy. Piedmont, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, in the beautiful setting of Rhapsody's outdoor patio. (5:30-7:30 p.m., $45, call 312-786-9911 as space is limited.)

Sing-alongs

Movioke is movie scene karaoke. Performers hold microphones and perform using a monitor to read along and act out the scene in front of them. Tonight's Movioke at Martyrs' starts at 9 p.m. and cover is $7.
