Hot Doug's Closed Due to Flooding

A good deal of Hot Doug's sausage became a victim of this morning's storm, when a foot-and-a-half of water flooded into the basement and tipped over two chest freezers. The store is closed while owner Doug Sohn deals with the damaged water heater and a host of other problems. Sohn told the Tribune they hope to reopen on Monday.
