Step Up Women's Network, a national, nonprofit membership organization dedicated to connecting and advancing women and girls, hosts its annual "Shine N' Dine" fundraiser this evening at Galleria Marchetti from 6-9 p.m. Tickets are $90 at the door. (825 W. Erie St.)

The "Meet the Market" series from Green City Market's junior board rolls into Nightwood tonight from 6-8 p.m. Chefs Jason Hammel and Jason Vincent will be menu specials from Genesis Growers, which cocktails featuring Death's Door spirits will also be on special. (2119 S. Halsted St.)
