Your Morning Wake-Up Call for September 2, 2011

Tom Skilling calls the weather we've had yesterday and today the hottest start to a September in 58 years. Today's the worst of it, with a projected high of 95 and triple-digit heat indexes for most of the area. Tonight, Mother Nature will be angry, with blustery winds and the threat of heavy thunderstorms throughout the night and into Saturday leading to a cooling off for Labor Day.
