Your Morning Wake-Up Call for September 9, 2011
The weathermen and women weren't exaggerating when they said the clouds would roll in thick yesterday. We're taking bets now on how long the street lamps will stay lighted. Those clouds are staying with us through the day and bringing rain with them. But the mercury is starting to climb with a predicted high of 75 degrees. Makes for a good day for walking. Maybe we'll head down to Bronzeville and check out the Chicago Bee Building in Bronzeville, which was declared a historic landmark on this day in 1998.
