Uptown Security Camera Catches a Morning Constitutional
Uptown Update posted security camera photos of a man using an alley as his personal dumping ground, so to speak.

Yeah, it's disgusting. And it's Uptown, so it shouldn't be that shocking to see somebody heeding nature's call in an alley. (Or in any neighborhood in Chicago at a given moment, for that matter.)
But we wonder if this is a homeless man or someone with mental health issues, having read some of the (taken with a grain of salt) comments at Uptown Update about this man being a regular character familiar with public disposals of bodily waste.
So uptown residents - who is this guy?
