Beer lovers, take note. You can snag a glass of Three Floyds’ Zombie Dust starting tonight at Elate. The craft beer, which was formerly known as Cenotaph, is notoriously hard to find.

Our own Chuck Sudo gave Zombie Dust a glowing review, calling it "Gumballhead on steroids. "Beer Advocate gave the brew an A rating, and describes it as a “medium bodied single hop beer showcasing Citra hops from the Yakima Valley” in Washington state and is made in Munster, Indiana. Chicago Foodies calls it “entirely accessible yet replete with complexity. It’s sessionable, attention-getting, and utterly delicious. It disappears off taps within a day of showing up.”

Elate will offer Zombie Dust for $7 at brunch, lunch, and dinner for as long as the restaurant’s supply lasts.

Elate is located at 111 West Huron Street.

At the risk of sounding like that "beer guy", I can assure you that Zombie Dust isn't all that rare, can be found for cheaper than $7 a pour pretty easily, and is now for sell in 6pks (which is pretty rare, I must admit). The magic of beermenus.com. It is damn delicious though and worth seeking out!
