Last-Minute Plans: Chicagoist Spins Soul at Maria's Tonight

In four short hours we're set to turn Maria's Packaged Goods and Community Bar into a basement soul party. At least, we plan on doing so. We're hoping some of you will show up and see why we're high on Maria's, put some faces to commenter names and meet readers. I'm fairly certain I'm bringing one-fifth of my music library from home tonight. (Lucky for me I live a few blocks from Maria's.) Kevin has been telling us how stoked he is for tonight. It should be a lot of fun.
