State Troopers Find Horses in the Fast Lane

Illinois State Police came across three horses walking along I-355 early this morning. the equines were seen walking along the northbound shoulder around 143rd Street. Police believe they may have gotten loose from a nearby barn, but they may have just as well been walking off a good night at a nearby watering hole and were looking for a nice patch of field to soak everything up.
