Tuesday Afternoon Diversion: Joey Quits His Job

While most of us, these days at least, are grateful to have a job to go to everyday, that doesn't mean that the work we do satisfies, or fills us with a sense of satisfaction or meaning. To that end, the young man featured in this video did what many of us dream of doing, though few have the courage to: he banded together with his coworkers and tried to improve his working conditions. After nearly four years at the (Marriott-owned) Renaissance Providence, Joey finished college and went on to bigger and better things. But not before doing what we've all most definitely dreamed of: quitting job not with a fizzle, but with a bang.
