Roger Waters Brings The Wall to Wrigley Field in 2012

2011_11_02_The-Wall.jpg Pink Floyd bassist and vocalist Roger Waters is launching a 36-show tour in 2012 including a stop at Wrigley Field on June 8. He'll play Pink Floyd's legendary 1979 album The Wall beginning to end.

This is his first time back to Chicago since he did a duo of shows at the United Center in September 2010. Waters is taking the show up a notch bringing it to Wrigley Field, which proved it can put on one hell of a show when it hosted Paul McCartney's epic concerts in July.

Ready your bank accounts. Tickets go on sale Monday, Nov. 14.

  • Sigh, really that place.  I'd think Soldier Field would have been a better venue for him.
