Last Minute Plans: In Chef's Hands Fundraiser at Studio Paris

In Chef's Hands, the new non-profit dedicated to pairing chefs with individuals with special needs, is having a fundraiser tonight. We profiled the organization a few months ago when they launched, and they have continued to ramp up their operations. Tonight's fundraiser is an opportunity to get involved, learn more or just have a good old time. And if you've never been to Studio Paris, the rooftop space above Paris Club, now's your chance.

Tonight's event starts at 6 p.m. and costs $45. For your cash, you get Paris Club food, wine, cocktails and seasonal beer by Goose Island. Oh, and the satisfaction of helping out a good cause.

We found out the exact food list this morning, and it looks pretty yummy. It includes:

- Deviled eggs and bacon
- Short rib bourguignonne sliders
- Lamb meatballs with harissa tomato sauce
- Tuna tartare française

and more.
