Lake Bluff Man Has a Unique Response to Being Turned Down for Employment

We've been disappointed with job interviews that didn't go our way but we never once thought of snapping a photo of "Little Jefe" and returning to show it to the interviewer. Yet that's exactly what Aswad T. Pickens of Lake Bluff is accused of recently.

Pickens was turned down for employment at a business on the 300 block of North Milwaukee in Libertyville on Halloween. Pickens later returned to the business and showed a lewd cell phone camera video of himself to an employee. the employee was obviously less impressed by the photo than in PIckens, and probably offended, which is why Pickens was arrested for disorderly conduct and released on a $120 personal recognizance bond.

Pickens due in court Monday where, hopefully, he remembers to turn off his cell phone.
