Three Shot at Party Near University of Illinois Campus in Urbana

Three people were shot, including one student, at a party near the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus. The university's athletic department confirms that starting outside linebacker Trulon Henry was among those injured in the shooting.

Police say a man "fired several rounds from a handgun into a crowded patio area" around 3 a.m. Sunday morning, then fled the scene. There was no word on the victims' conditions. The names of the other two injured were not available, but they were a 22-year-old from Palos Park and a 23-year-old from Park Forest. Police have not apprehended the shooter.
