Remember that video that went viral a couple of weeks back showing a young man knocking out an apparently homeless man at the Chicago Avenue CTA subway station? It looks like the kid turned himself in.

18-year-old Scotty Strahan turned himself in at Belmont Area Headquarters after police issued alerts seeking his arrest.

Internet sleuths have been compiling information on Strahan for weeks and even set up a Facebook page demanding Strahan be brought to justice. Strahan faces two counts of aggravated battery and will appear in court later today. He was previously on probation for causing a traffic hazard.

Now that Strahan turned himself in, we ask what about the people who encouraged him to suckerpunch a homeless man? Shouldn't they have arrest warrants issued for egging Strahan along and capturing the assault on video?
