Book Release
Local writer Denese Neu recently released a new book on Chicago's craft beer history, Chicago by the Pint and is now making the rounds of local beer bars to promote the release. Catch Neu at Goose Island Clybourn tomorrow from 6:30-9 p.m. She'll be reading from the book and selling copies in the perfect setting - a brewpub.
Film
Tickets are still available for Wednesday's screening of The Last Waltz at the Music Box Theatre. Sound Opinions hosts Jim DeRogatis and Greg Kot will be on hand to introduce and discuss the film.
