Falafill's great "Guest Chefs for Charity" series keeps getting better. For December, Chef Sarah Grueneberg of Spiaggia has joined up to create a falafel wrap. Better yet, the proceeds go to charity.

Previous guest chefs include Stephanie Izard, Bill Kim, Matt Maroni, Giuseppe Tentori, Jared Van Camp and Mark Steuer. This wrap is inspired by Genoa, and includes basil pesto, green beans, crispy potatoes, celery, and pickled red onion, as well as falafel (of course). Proceeds will be donated to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Sarah is still going strong on Top Chef and this is probably the cheapest way to taste the food of a current contestant. So, grab one of her wraps on a Wednesday night and hunker down in front of the TV.

Falafill fans - some news. Falafill is about to open an Oak Park location, and has been hinting that they are going to open more Chicago locations in the near future. So, if you're hoping for one to come to your neighborhood, cross your fingers. We'll let you know when we find out.

Falafill is located at 3202 N. Broadway.
