Logan Square Kitchen is the setting for a special Holiday wine dinner tomorrow with Efrain Cuevas's Clandestino underground supper club. Cuevas will be pairing a four-course dinner with Matthew Rorick's Forlorn Hope wines. Guests will play an interactive role in their own dinner by choosing from a selection of pairings crafted by Chef Cuevas and Mr. Rorick. To bring an additional level of adventure to their meal, guests may leave the selections in the hands of Chef Cuevas and Mr. Rorick and will be surprised upon arrival with their menu for the evening.
