If the rest of winter gave us daily highs in the upper 40s, clouds and a persistent chance for rain, we could live with that. But it isn't going to happen, so let's take the mulligan that's being given to us, slap on our galoshes and go about the business of our day, shall we? According to Skilling Central, today's projected high of 48 is 13 degrees warmer than normal. You pessimists out there are probably asking, "what about the rain?" If the forecast holds, showers will be intermittent throughout the day and becoming heavier tonight, when you should be inside.
