The greater Chicago area is under a "special weather statement" until 10 a.m. as fog has reduced visibility in parts of northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana to around a mile. Once that clears, here's what the forecast looks like to the Bears game: Mostly clear skies with a projected high of 42 degrees and winds from the southwest at 10-15 mph, increasing in the evening.
