For six years now, you've been able to trust The Killers to put out a nice contemporary Christmas tune to counter Mariah Carey's annual assault on our eardrums. The tune itself is an upbeat take on the 1890 poem by Texas poet Larry Crittendon. With cowboy hats and alien robots in a desert town, The Killers' video for "The Cowboys' Christmas Ball" is even more fun. It's like a cross between Blazing Saddles and How the Grinch Stole Christmas with a dash of Independence Day. Plus, Brandon Flowers looks even hunkier than usual with that five o'clock shadow.
