Today's Weather: Creep

Normally these shortened work weeks make the midway point of the week feel like Tuesday. Not today. It's all Humpday here. We're also going to be clear of that two-day blast of Arctic air that had us enjoying the warmth of our two fireplaces here at Chicagoist headquarters. Today's forecast calls for temps to be at or above freezing — depending on whether you believe Skilling Central or Accuweather — after the cold air to start the year. The tradeoff is that we're due once again for mostly cloudy skies, or partly sunny, again depending on the forecast.
