Remember when a fresh-faced Usher was on MTV dancing to his single "You Make Me Wanna..." to promote My Way? That was back when he was so cute and trying so hard to win us over. Nowadays Usher can just sit back and wait for his protege Justin Bieber to send him checks. Usher plucked Bieber from YouTube, so maybe he'll find this woman, someone's Aunt Carol, and add her to his squad of backup dancers. She definitely knows the moves.
