A Wrigleyville resident who decided to post a YouTube video of herself asking out The Muppets star Jason Segel in song received her wish Saturday night.

Chelsea Gill came up with the idea after watching Forgetting Sarah Marshall on New Year's Day and posted the video on YouTube the next day. Segel, who was in Chicago for to receive an award from the Chicago Film Critics Association, had already used his twitter feed to announce he would perform improvisation at Second City, reached out to Gill and offered to meet her and her twin sister at the Ritz=Carlton for drinks.

Segel then took the Gill sisters to the Chicago Film Critics Awards. Segel dropped in at Second City's South Side of Heaven and performed in the show's third act.

Segel tweeted yesterday that the Gill sisters were "the COOLEST." Below is the Chelsea Gill's video that scored her the meet with Segel. It serves as further proof that YouTube is serving as the matchmaker to the stars these days.
