Pencil This In: Funny Ha-Ha At The Hideout

2012_01_23_funny_ha-ha.jpg

Funny Ha-Ha is a monthly reading series at the Hideout, hosted by local author and all-around funny person Claire Zulkey. The series has consistently brought in funny and heartwarming performances, but tonight's lineup also includes two folks near and dear to our hearts: Current Chicagoista Kim Bellware and former Chicagoisto Scott Smith.

The rest of the lineup includes drawer of cats Blewt! Production's Steve Gadlin, self-proclaimed "World's Most Famous Salvadoran-American" BoyGirlBoyGirl's Edward Thomas-Herrera and short-filmmaker Steve Delahoyde.

Your suggested $5 donation benefits the Neighborhood Writing Alliance. Also, read our interview with Zulkey last year for our Chicago Author Spotlight series.

Tonight, Funny Ha-Ha, The Hideout, 1354 W. Wabansia Ave., 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., $5 suggested donation to benefit the Neighborhood Writing Alliance
