Naked Man Arrested On CTA Platform

A man was arrested for standing naked on the Howard red line El platform in Rogers Park on Wednesday evening. A CTA supervisor called the police when he saw the completely naked man.

When police approached him he refused to put clothes on. The Tribune writes:

When police asked him why he was not wearing any clothing, the 18-year-old said, “I don’t want to be a follower," police said.

The police did not charge the man. He was released and taken to the hospital for examination.

I can't believe Nicholas hasn't voiced his support for the naked guy over the smelly homeless guys on the blue line. :-)

Nicholas would have been MISERABLE this morning btw.

Because naked in Boystown is party time, not police time. And trust me, there are more naked people on Halsted than in Rogers Park as my grandmother likes to observe.

Sure, but the Halsted "whackadoos" are presumably not "whackadoo" but participating in activities with a lot of "local flair." The whackadoos in RP are . . . whackadoos.

Right. And you can't see the whackadoos because they are camouflaged by the local flair*.
