Morning Box Score: Bulls Rout Nets

The Bulls went deep into their bench last night against a Nets team that has eight wins on the season and gave some starters much-needed rest. Derrick Rose only played 10 minutes before sitting the rest of the night with back spasms, but last night's win was a team effort. The Bulls shot 77 percent from the field in the first quarter — 80 percent from behind the three-point arc — to gain control of the contest early and led by as much as 30 points. Carlos Boozer led the Bulls with 24 points and Luol Deng added 19, spoiling a 25-point night for New Jersey point guard (and former Illinois star) Deron Wiiliams.
