We're not sure why British rock band The Cribs loves Chicago so much, but they wrote a rocking ode to the city. We're not complaining.
The Yorkshire group spent some time in our fair city working on their new album In the Belly of the Brazen Bull in Chicago with the help of Steve Albini. Perhaps when they play at Schubas on April 9 we can tell them that we don't really use that term here.
Tickets for the Schubas show just went on sale. There's no real video to be seen below, but give it a listen, then download the track from SPIN.
